About Us
Purple Hen Flowers & Herbs opened in 2013 and is owned and operated by Margaret & Chris Wachlin. We are located on the Wachlin Farm in Sherwood, Oregon. Starting in February, we enjoy creating our baskets from tiny little plugs, to the flourishing finished product. It is always interesting to see what kind of planters we can create from everyday items. Be careful what you set down, because Margaret might plant something in it!
